We recognise that good employee performance is necessary to support on-going business performance. As a result, we have developed a range of tools and development programs to equip each employee with the skills and knowledge that they need in their roles.
Development programs cover many areas including leadership, competencies, performance management, communication, development planning, compliance, financial and systems training.
We run programs in-house or with partnered companies. Further, we provide education assistance to employees who complete approved tertiary courses of study that will benefit their current and/or future roles with the company. This assistance can be in the form of financial support, study and exam leave.
